Nate Rudy is a student of agronomy, engineering, and economics; has worked in state and government; and has managed federal, state, and foundation-funded grant programs. His experience with economic and community development, startup company dynamics, information technology, and the complexities of local permitting are informed by his MBA from Thomas College (Waterville, Maine) and study of Environmental Science and Engineering at Virginia Tech (BS, Cum Laude, graduate studies in civil engineering).
Business and Economic Development Consultant
Nate Rudy is a seasoned business development and economic development professional and consultant with expertise in not only in business enterprise development but also, in educational incubators and marketing/student prospecting settings for targeted education institutions focusing on skills training and retraining. In his role as Business Development strategist Nate’s expertise in analysis of business needs included financing, tax incentives, business services, marketing, R & D, technical assistance, and employment and workforce development. This combination in both for-profit and not-for-profit settings makes him a valuable contributor to the structure of AGROWN Services and CEA Worldwide. In addition he has expertise in information technology back office systems and is a Certified CDBG Administrator. Mr. Rudy received his MBA from Thomas College (Waterville, Maine) and his B.S. (Cum Laude) and graduate studies in Environmental Science and Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech (Blacksburg, VA).
